SGH Sports Academy Amazons advance to final of Daff Ibarapa Sport Festival

SGH Sports Academy Amazons showed character and composure to advance to the final of the Daff Ibarapa Sport Festival.
It wasn’t a smooth ride for the Amazons as they played a barren draw with FC Phoenix Queens in the semi-final and had to defeat their opponent in penalty shootout before sealing a place in the final of Daff Ibarapa Sport Festival.
Latifat Adunola have been an inspiration to SGH Sports Academy Amazons as she stepped up to fill the vacuum left by Temitope Alayande and Nora Davis, who both left the club to NWFL Premiership side, Naija Ratels FC.
SGH Sports Academy Amazons will be hoping to win the Daff Ibarapa Sport Festival to make it their second trophy of the year.
SGH Sports Academy Amazons players jubilated as they promised the club chairman, Temitayo Sharafadeen Bakare, that they will bring the trophy back home.
