Seyi Jakande May Succeed Rasaq Ajala in Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye LCDA

As 2025 local government election approaches in Lagos, Seyi Jakande, son of former Lagos State Governor, Alhaji Lateef Jakande, may emerge as the next chairman of Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye Local Council Development Area.

Sources told Echonews that Jakande is being tipped to replace Mr. Rasaq Ajala the Chairman of Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye Local Development Council Area in Mushin Local Government.

Seyi who is the third son of the Late Lateef Jakande, the First Executive Chairman of Lagos State is the current Vice Chairman of Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye LCDA.

Investigation by Echonews revealed that Seyi Jakande is the favourite of the Current Chairman and also the favourite of the Leaders in Odi-olowo Ojuwoye LCDA

The 38-year-Old Seyi has been in the government of Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye since 2017, deputizing Mr. Rasaq Ajala.

Seyi is also reported to be having the backings of the Governors Advisory Council members in Mushin Local Government.

Investigation also revealed that Jakande would start his campaign and roll out his agenda and manifestos for the good people of of the LCDA soon.

Information gathered at the Local Government also revealed that Jakande is one of the humblest and respected personnel in the council as he has the semblance of his late father and is the best to succeed Mr. Rasaq Ajala.
