The governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has congratulated Lucky Aiyedatiwa for winning the Ondo state governorship election with a landslide victory.
Aiyedetiwa, who’s the candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) emerged the winner with a total of 366,781 votes, surpassing Agboola Ajayi of the People Democratic Party (PDP) who had 117,845 votes.
The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu was impressed with the electoral Victor in Ondo state. He appreciated the residents of the state for trooping out in their numbers to elect Aiyedetiwa which was made possible by the foundation of the late former governor Rotimi Akeredolu.
“Congratulations to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on his victory in the Ondo State gubernatorial election.
“I thank the people of Ondo State for their unwavering support for our party, and acknowledge the foundation laid by the late Governor Akeredolu, which Governor Aiyedatiwa has built upon.
“Our campaign’s success reflects the strong leadership of President Bola Tinubu and the dedication of all the campaign council members.”
