Sanwo-olu 377 project: Councillor proposes 3 projects for Ilasamaja Ward

After consulting the stakeholders in his ward, the councilor representing Ilasamaja in Isolo Local Council development Area (LCDA), Hon. Akeem Adeyemi (Alarape) has announced three projects.
These include a Community Town Hall, additional block of six rooms for Ilasamaja Primary Healthcare Centre and a Mini Healthcare centre which are to be executed with the fund promised by Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu for projects in each of the 377 wards in the state.
The governor has promised that each councillor would be funded with N25 million to execute some projects in their various wards.

According to Alarape, Ilasamaja as a community does not have a particular place where the residents could gather for general meeting, saying this has been one of the demands of the community which, according to him, would also serve as a recreational centre for the residents.
He added that the Hall would also be a centre where the youth could be engaged in meaningful discussion and training that could discourage their involvement in criminal activities.
“The additional block of six rooms with medical facilities for Ilasamaja PHC is to complement the existing rooms as they seem not to be enough and the mini- PHC is to cater for the health needs of those at Okomola. We arrived at these resolutions to satisfy the needs of the three areas that constitute Ilasamaja Ward,” he said.
