Rotimi Salami Hospitalised, Opens Up on Near-Death Experience
Popular Nollywood actor Rotimi Salami has been hospitalised after experiencing a serious health scare.
The actor shared the update on his Instagram page on Monday, posting a photo of himself lying in a hospital bed. In the post, he revealed that he had a close call in the last 48 hours and is grateful to be alive.
Reflecting on the experience, Salami admitted that he may have pushed himself too hard physically, especially while working on Kilanko, a recently released cinema movie dedicated to late actress Allwell Ademola.
“I survived the last 48 hours because God said yes,” he wrote, adding that the project took a heavy toll on his body.
His message has since sparked concern and support from fans and colleagues, many of whom are wishing him a speedy recovery.
