Residents commend Ariyoh over road rehabilitation

The residents of Ishola Daniel, Adejumobi and Ago-Ijaye Streets have expressed their joy while appreciating the chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area for rehabilitating their streets before the commencement of rain.
The rehabilitation of the roads which commenced some weeks ago and being done simultaneously in the three streets is almost 80 percent complete, remaining surface leveling with laterite spreading.
According to the men at work, base stones would be applied after the laterite and then the final stage which is the application of asphalt.
Reacting to the gesture, one of the residents, Mrs. Shola Dawunsi who could not hide her feeling over the ongoing project stated: “Our street will now look like the expressway, we can’t wait to have the new look and with this development, it’s bye-bye to flood issues.”
