Residents of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government have appealed to the government for the construction of Abijo area in the council.
The raid is said to be in very bad shape since it has been neglected for so many years.
They claimed the road is supposed to be constructed following the construction of Bogije’s inner roads in the council area which was facilitates by member House of Representatives, Hin. Fatai Mojeed.
The road under construction is scheduled to be completed within 12 months.
Meanwhile, the residents emphasised that Abijo is also due for construction and should be taken up by the government.
