The organiser of The Girls Creativity Hub Initiative, iStarter Hub, has announced the registration for the commencement of the third edition of the programme.
The programme, according to the CEO of iStarter Hub, Mrs Modupe Darabidan-Adeoye, is an intensive creative design and entrepreneurship skill acquisition organised for young women between the ages of 16 and 25 years.
She explained that, just like the first and second batches, registration for the third batch of the 9-month skill acquisition programme is free for all intending and eligible applicants.
She said the participants will be taught graphics designing, T-shirts and souvenir printing as well as internship and mentoring.
She said: “The registration is ongoing and intending applicants can register via http://Bit.ly/GCH2021Participants to book a space for themselves as the training will commence on Monday, July 28, 2021.”
She emphasised that there are limited slots available and that selection will be based on first come first serve.
Darabidan-Adeoye informed that the training for the third batch will take place between July and September 2021.
The skill acquisition programme is supported by the United States Department and jointly facilitated by the council leader, Hon. Remy Shittu and Darabidan-Adeoye into the community.
