Pupils Shine as Pristine Elite Club Organises Essay Competition
The Pristine Elite Club has organised an essay competition for primary school pupils in Alimosho Local Government, reaffirming its commitment to promoting academic excellence and intellectual development among young learners.
The initiative attracted participation from several schools across the local government, offering pupils a platform to express their ideas creatively while enhancing their writing and critical thinking skills.
The competition focused on themes such as education, leadership, and community development. Teachers and parents praised the programme, noting that it encouraged pupils to engage more deeply with their studies and boosted their confidence in articulating ideas.
The event ended with the presentation of gifts and awards to outstanding participants who demonstrated exceptional creativity and originality.
Organisers also commended the Executive Chairman of Alimosho Local Government, Akinpelu Ibrahim Johnson, for his leadership and investment in the education sector. They noted that his policies have created a supportive environment for educational initiatives to thrive.
Speaking at the event, the President of the club, Bolaji Yussuf, stressed the importance of early academic engagement.
“We believe that the foundation of a great society lies in the quality of education we provide for our children. This essay competition is our modest contribution to inspiring excellence, creativity, and leadership among primary school pupils in Alimosho,” he said.
He also appreciated the local government’s support for educational development.
