President’s Federation Cup: Inter Lagos, Ikorodu City Face Off In Round of 16

A Southwest derby fixture has been scheduled in the second-round stage of the President’s Federation Cup as Lagos based teams, Inter Lagos and Ikorodu City lock horns for a place in the quarter finals of the competition.

Inter Lagos and Ikorodu City, Nigeria National League, NNL, sides will clash having progressed through the opening stage of the competition with wins over Hammola FC and Coal City respectively.

Inter Lagos, in another Southwest fixture, needed a penalty shootout win over Hammola FC of Osun State after a spirited regulation time tussle which finished in a stalemate. The Lagos base club won 4-1. Ikorodu FC defeated Coal City of Enugu in their round 32 fixture by two goals to one.
