President Tinubu Proud Of D’Tigress Success At FIBA Women’s Afrobasket Championship

Nigeria President, Bola Tinubu has sent congratulated D’Tigress for making the country proud at the FIBA Women’s Afrobasket Championship in Kigali, Rwanda.
D’Tigress won the FIBA Women’s Afrobasket Championship in style as they defeated Senegal 84-74 with a master class performance.
Proud of the D’Tigress precious achievement, President Tinubu lauded the team’s effort and classified the fourth title won in a row as a well deserved achievement.
“I congratulate our very own D’Tigress for a well deserved fourth consecutive AfroBasket Women Championship. We are proud of you,” President Tinubu said on his official Twitter handle.
The D’Tigress did the achievable feat in style as it marks the fourth time they will be defeating Senegal in the final as they stretch their unbeaten record in Africa to 24 matches.
