The chairman of Ejigbo LCDA, Hon. Monsuru Bello (Obe) has continued to gather momentum for his second term ambition as more groups and individuals have continued to declare their loyalty and support for his ambition.
One of the groups is the Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities, Ejigbo chapter, which declared its support for Obe’s re-election last week.
Speaking to ECHONEWS, the chairman of the association, Oluwafemi Adelani, said the aspirant has done well for the association and the entire local council in his first term and deserves to complete his jobs.
According to him, Obe has given hope to the less privileged despite their physical status even though unable to check on him in office.
He disclosed that Obe has empowered its members, distributed relief materials before and during the pandemic and assisted members.
The secretary, Mr Alex Ogunjobi, also said Obe has been a community philanthropist before he became the council chairman.
While pledging the group’s allegiance to his second term ambition, Ogunjibi urged the electorate to consider the achievements of each aspirant and or candidate before casting their votes both at the party’s primaries and general election.
