Abdullahi Sesan Olowa was a special guest at the inauguration of weekend tutorials for students of social sciences and arts from public secondary schools in Ibeju Lekki . The Chairman who was accompanied by the entire cabinet members, extolled the virtues of the School for the laudable feat of using the platform to launch the students into prominence.

In the same vein, the Community Service Project club of PAU also organized the maiden edition of the Quiz- A- Thon where winners emerged from Ibeju Senior High School and Iwerekun Community Secondary School. Engr. Olowa appreciated the undergraduates of PAU who took time to organize the quiz competitions for students of the public secondary schools as he used the moment to charge the award recipients to do more while using the available platform to launch themselves further.

Also speaking at the event was the Vice Chancellor, Professor Enase Okonedo, who appreciated all the guests , she acknowledged that indeed, parents are the first institution for moral education and extol their virtues for thier roles so far in mounding the life of the pupils . She charged the students to challenge themselves more in a world of ever rising Information technology.

Mr. Frank Wiggle, the PRO of the institution affirmed that PAU as a citadel of learning is committed to ensuring a better life for students while raising the bar for academic success as a way of giving back to the society.

The collaboration between PAU and Ibeju-Lekki LG Council for Science students has been on for over a year as the addition of Art and Social Sciences students will be the icing on the cake.
