Leaders and key figures of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government visited Comrade Bamidele Alfred Ogunsakin to congratulate him on becoming the party’s Apex leader in the area.
They expressed faith in his leadership skills and urged inclusivity within the party.
Former Chairman Mr. Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh stressed the significance of filling the vacant Apex leader role and praised Ogunsakin for his appointment, noting his alignment with progressive principles, intelligence, integrity, and dedication to fairness and justice.
Mr. Moruf Akinderu Fatai, the Commissioner for Housing in Lagos State, praised Comrade Dele Ogunsakin and advised him to prioritize peace, unity, and progress within the party.
He stressed the importance of Ogunsakin’s expertise in party management to enhance internal democracy in Oshodi.
Mr. Israel Akiode, a member of the APC in Lagos State, commended Ogunsakin’s appointment as the Apex leader, recognizing his dedication and contributions to the party’s advancement.
He urged Ogunsakin to unite all party members for the benefit of the party.
Former Lagos State House of Assembly member, Mr. Akeem Sokunle, believed that Ogunsakin’s leadership as the Apex leader would bring back the party’s core values and progressivism in Oshodi.
He hoped for a return to normalcy and a new beginning under Ogunsakin’s reign.
Mr. Gbeleyi Banji, Governor Sanwoolu’s Senior Special Assistant on Grassroots Sports Development, praised Ogunsakin’s commitment to the party and predicted that his leadership skills would contribute to the party’s stability in Oshodi.
In response to the visit, Comrade Bamidele Alfred Ogunsakin expressed appreciation and emphasized the importance of collaboration for the party’s success.
