Oshodi Council Boss Gets Nods for Second Term From Dwarf Association

As the 2025 local government elections approach, there is increasing acceptance, support, and endorsement for the reelection of Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede, the Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government.

The Oshodi Dwarf Association is the latest group to endorse the council chairman, showing their support by signing a second term booklet. This booklet aims to gather signatures and support from residents for the chairman’s reelection, and it is being facilitated by the Kendoo Independent Campaign Committee (KICC), a political group working towards the chairman’s return for a second term.

Mrs. Kuburat Ayinde, a notable member of the Dwarf group in the local government, expressed gratitude towards the chairman for consistently acknowledging and engaging with them.

She highlighted his outstanding work in infrastructure as a key factor that has earned him their support for a second term in office.

In her words; “We are here today to endorse our Chairman for second term in office. He is a man of the people who has performed tremendously well in Oshodi in term of infrastructure.

Also, since his emergence as the council chairman, he has been giving us the needed recognition and carrying us along. He has never for once neglected us and he has always given us what is due to us. We appreciate his love for us and we are here to reciprocate the kind gesture which will be cemented by casting our votes for him. We want him for second term and we are solidly behind him.”
