Olasoju assures residents more project in 2022

The chairman of Isolo LCDA, Otunba Adebayo Olasoju, has assured his people more project in the year 2022.

He said this during a stakeholders meeting in preparation for the 2022 fiscal year pursuant to the State government’s “Local Governments Economies Empowerment Development Strategies” (LEEDS) policy.

At the meeting, community needs were deliberated upon while strategising on grassroots governance ahead of 2022.

Leveraging on his achievements within few months in office, Olasoju said he would ensure the provision of adequate amenities in all sectors as promised during his campaign.

He showcased that he had completed the construction of over 5 kilometers of roads in Isolo which he is on the move of doing more.

In health and education, he reiterated his contribution at the maiden edition of “Care for the Elderly” programmes where over over a thousand benefitted from the programme while over 200 GCE forms were given to indigent students.

He guaranteed more developmental projects in health, security, infrastructure, welfare, environment, empowerment and many more.

While extensively discussing about issues in the community, the Osolo of Isolo, Oba Kabiru Agbabiaka, tasked residents to support the government’s vision by paying their dues through which government can have enough resources to develop the community.

He commended the rapid development of roads among others within his short period in office saying his action indicates that Isolo has a promising government.

Supporting the disposition of Agbabiaka, other stakeholders expressed their satisfaction towards the performance of the council Chairman while encouraging him to strive to do more with dividends of democracy more perceived within the community.
