Ojodu LCDA, in partnership with The Creative Kids Zone, has expanded its digital skills training program for primary school students to include practical training. This stage involves the use of gadgets and computers to provide hands-on training at Estate and Ogba Primary Schools.

The program aims to teach students basic digital skills like computer literacy, coding, internet safety, and software proficiency through interactive sessions and hands-on activities with digital tools.

“We are excited to partner with schools and technology experts to empower our primary school pupils with essential digital skills,” Mr. Segun Odumbaku, the Chairman of Ojodu LCDA said.

“By investing in their digital education, we are preparing them for the challenges and opportunities of the future.”

The training programme will be rolled out in phases across primary schools within Ojodu LCDA, ensuring equitable access to digital education for all pupils.

Additionally, a generator for alternative power supply was also provided by the Olusegun Odunmbaku administration for the programme to run smoothly as part of the educational development pillar of its H.E.Y.S Agenda.
