The Director General of the Obasa Campaign Group (OICG),Hon Azeez Oladapo (Ninolowo) and the Central Working Committee as well as all Coordinators of Wards and non indigenes of the group have been involved in a marathon meeting towards ensuring a successful outing of all Candidates of the All Progressives Congress ( APC) at the March 11th Gubernatorial/ House of Assembly elections.
Rising from the meeting, the Spokesperson of the group, Muyiwa Linkiyo informed the media about the purpose of the meeting,which basically bothers on the preparation of the group towards ensuring the Victory of the party’s Candidates at the poll by complementing the efforts of the party and given necessary support where it may be needed.
The Director General used the opportunity to further enlighten the members of the public on the reasons they need to align with the candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the State and Agege in particular, he appealed to their conscience towards ensuring an overwhelming Victory for all APC Candidates at the Gubernatorial/House of Assembly elections.
He further elucidated on the necessary arrangements of the group to sensitize the members of the public on how to vote on election day to avoid void votes, as it was seen that the party lost many votes at the poll to voided votes, he informed that sensitization is going on online and on the streets to enlighten the public on this and other issues that concern election process.
