Dannaz Ladies influential defender, Deborah Bakare is elated with her side good start in their debut Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership campaign season.
The Cedars got a point against Confluence Queens and defeated Naija Ratels 2-0 in Lagos to secure their first win in their maiden campaign in the elite women’s football league in Nigeria.
Deborah was delighted to be part of the history making squad to grab Dannaz Ladies first win in the NWFL Premiership as she set enviable heights for her club this season.
“I’m so happy and glad for first win of the season and first home game.
“We’re determined to win and give our best to make our chairman happy because he as really do alot of things for us to make us happy and we have to win and make him happy too.
“To play in super six.”
Dannaz Ladies will play host to visiting Nasarawa Amazons at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan Lagos on Wednesday, November 28.
