Dreamstars chairman, Abdulrahman Abolore has revealed the club’s target going into the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Championship.
The Galaticas will be seeking a promotion to the topflight of women’s football in Nigeria after they were relegated in 2020 in controversial circumstances.
Speaking to Echonews.ng exclusively, Abolore said the club is on a journey to retain his status as a Premiership side.
The NWFL Club Owners secretary added that the players are ready to soar high and every match will be approached like a final.
“DreamStar FC Ladies are on the journey to return to the NWFL Premiership,” he told Echonews.ng.
“We have concluded our plans and the players are ready to soar beyond limits.
“We are going to approach every match as final.”
Dream Stars are grouped in group A of the NWFL Championship and will lock horns with, Pelican Stars, Moje Queens, Kwara Ladies, Dannaz Ladies, and Ekiti Queens for the sole promotion slot in the group.
