NOTAYO’S CUP COMPETITION : M22 FC defeat IJB to seal semifinal spot

M22 FC booked a place in the semifinal of the ongoing Notayo’s Cup competition by defeating IJB FC 3-1.

M22 FC took the lead from a tight angle in the 16th minute.

IJB equalised with a powerful shot just inside the 18 meters box to light up the game.

M22 FC took advantage of silly defending from IJB FC to take commanding position in the match.

The first half was an entertaining one as both teams were on attacking spree.

M22 FC holding midfielder was sent off for a second bookable offence after elbowing an opposing player which was an act against the rules of the game in the 65th minute.

IJB left back was given his marching order for a bad tackle against a M22 FC player.

M22 FC scored the 3rd goal from the penalty spot to dash the hopes of IJB FC.
