Nkechi Blessing Gets Woman Arrested Over Viral Gym Photo

Popular Nigerian actress Nkechi Blessing has confirmed the arrest of a woman who secretly photographed her at a gym.
A viral image of the actress exercising had circulated online, sparking mixed reactions and widespread body-shaming. Responding to the criticism at the time, Blessing stated that she visits the gym to stay healthy, not to participate in a fashion parade.
Speaking on the Honest Bunch podcast, the actress became emotional as she recounted the experience of being body-shamed. She alleged that the woman deliberately took her picture at the gym without her consent for the purpose of mocking her natural body shape.
Blessing added that the gym management initially refused to release the woman’s details, but further efforts eventually led to the suspect’s arrest.
“I wear clothes that make me comfortable. You get BBL and you dey snap me that has a natural body. Are you stupid? iFitness hid her information, but I found her and got her arrested,” she said.
