The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is teaming up with the Lagos State Football Association (LSFA) to unearth the next generation of football stars.
The FIFA Talent Development Scheme is set to kick off in Lagos, providing a platform for over 500 young talents to showcase their abilities.
This initiative marks a significant step forward for football development in Lagos, a state renowned for its passion for the sport.
By the collaboration with the LSFA, the NFF aims to tap into the rich pool of young footballing talent that the state has to offer.
The one-day event will be held at the iconic Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan on Saturday, August 10, 2024.
Scouts from the NFF will be on the lookout for exceptional players who can represent Nigeria at the U15 and U17 levels.
As Lagos continues to produce top-flight footballers, this scheme promises to be a game-changer for aspiring young athletes in the state.
