New Majority Speaker, Chief Whip Emerge At Lagos Assembly

Speaker at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Honourable Mojisola Meranda has announced changes of membership positions at the parliamentary.

Meranda announced new principal officers into positions of Majority Leader and Chief Whip.

Adewale Adedeji, who represents Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency 01 gets the nod as the Majority Leader.

David Setonji, who represents Badagry Constituency 02 was announced as the new Assembly Chief Whip. Ganiu Okanlawon, a representative of Kosofe Constituency 01, gets the position of Deputy Chief Whip.

All changes takes immediate effect at the existing 10th Legislative Assembly.
