Ms Success FC thrash Da Faria FC

Ms Success FC came from a goal down to sweep aside Da Faria FC in a keenly contested tie.

Azeez Babalola grabbed the solitary goal for Da Faria FC, beating the trio of Ms Success FC stars – Solomon Adelere, Francis Dovi and captain of the side, Anthony Ndubusi, who is currently leading the goal scorers chart of the Notayo’s Cup competition.

Da Faria FC opened the goal account of the match through Azeez Babalola who fired into the bottom corner of the net.

Anthony Ndubusi had a chance to put Ms Success FC on level terms in the 21st minute but he blasted his shot above the goal post to the annoyance of his coach.

Solomon Adelere brought Ms Success FC back on level terms with a great rebound to settle the score line in the first half.

Ms Success FC took the lead through an individual effort from the man of the match, Francis Dovi, who escaped tackles from two opposing players before scoring from 20 meters out.

Ms Success FC captain, Anthony Ndubusi, wrapped up the victory for with a great free kick at the edge of the box.

Speaking with ECHONEWS, the coach of Ms Success FC, Musbahu Oseni said his players played to instructions and heaped praises on his technical ability.

Da Faria FC coach blamed fatigue for the loss of his team as he complained that his team lacked desire in the second half.
