Patience narrated how the incident happened that at about 7pm Emmanuel called his mom saying he had stomach ache which she told him to get medication and watch it subside after asking him what he ate and he said he and his friends bought ‘ABACHA’ from a road side woman at Cele Bus stop and since then, they have been complaining of stomach ache.

Patience claimed that she called her son at 9pm three times but no response, she them called his best friend who told her that they were at the hospital in Ajao estate on hearing this she asked her son’s best friend what happened he then explained to her.

After three hours her son called saying he was fine. He would go home the next morning which is 27th of October, she asked after his friend and cousin he said, the doctor asked them to stay behind for some more check up and she asked if he was allowed to go he said, not really.

She stated, he sent her money and she scolded him for not going to the hospital again but he promised he would go when less busy because as at that time he was busy this all happened in the afternoon but after four to five hours Uzor was called by Emmanuel’s fiancee saying he was stooling and vomiting.

He was taken to the hospital by his fiancee but was rejected in two hospitals and on his arrival to the last hospital he died.
