Mohbad: Court Summons Naira Marley, Sam Larry, Seven Others For Court Proceeding

The Ikorodu Magistrates’ Court has called for the presence of music artist, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley in the ongoing inquest to unravel the happenings which led to the death of Afro-Pop star, Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad.

The court’s coroner, Adedayo Shotobi, also summoned internet influencer, Samson Eletu, known as Sam Larry.

The court also identified the deceased sister-in-law, Karimot Ogunbayo, Boluwatife Adeyemo otherwise known as Darosha and lawyer to Mohbad, Oluwashina Falade as key witnesses in the case.

In addition, the nurse who treated the deceased, Feyisayo Ogedengbe, and the driver who transported him to the hospital, Fidelis Esanbor, have also been summoned to provide testimony.

The court court has also given approval for the application to recall Mohbad’s wife, Wunmi, and the Investigating Police Officer (IPO) in charge of the case, ASP Muhammad Yusuf, requiring them to provide further testimony.
