LNSC Apprehend School Burglar In Bariga

Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC) apprehends Olumide Michael, a 20 -year-old male of no fixed address while he was stealing window aluminum frames and ceiling railings from Archdeacon Adelaja Primary School, Bariga, yesterday, Monday, August 26th, 2024.

 

The suspect was spotted with compressed windows and ceiling railings in a red sack, which he confessed to have removed from the school to sell. His accomplice was said to have bolted upon sighting the officers.

 

The accused has been handed over to the Divisional Police Officer, at the Nigeria Police Force, Divisional Headquarters, Bariga for further investigation and possible prosecution.

 

The GM LNSA, Prince Dr. Ifalade Oyekan,fsin reiterated the need for residents to be vigilant and report all illegal activities seen in their community for a safer and secured Lagos, while he reaffirmed Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu’s commitment to a peaceful and secured atmosphere in the State.
