Life is a constant growth – Coach Ayere

After resigning from Oasis Ladies of Lagos, coach Ayere Sylvester is yet to get a club to manage as he keeps his next move to his chest.

Speaking exclusively to ECHONEWS, coach Ayere Sylvester stated that life is a constant growth and the reason he resigned as the coach of Oasis Ladies is to evaluate and improve himself for the task ahead.

“Life is a constant growth, after resigning from Oasis Ladies, I just have to sit down and evaluate things, try to assess things and adequately improve myself for the task ahead. In as much you want to go far in coaching, you have to constantly improve yourself look at the area I need to improve and brace up for the task ahead.

“Obviously it was a shock to many people but its one of those things that makes coaching beautiful, we are not used to seeing coaches resign from grassroots clubs but I had to improve and grow myself and it was also a mutual agreement to resign and move on and it’s actually the best for both parties.

“Coach Ayere is full of plans, I’m a man of multiple plans and definitely you will see coach Ayere in a new environment and dimension, it’s all about refilling my guard and relax myself, the year is still young and enterprising and there are plenty great plans ahead under my sleeve.”
