Hon Femi Saheed announced the registration of his 200 JAMB Forms through his media assistance. He said that the gesture is to support the aspirations of some of his constituents who are seeking to gain admission into higher institutions of learning but finding it challenging to obtain the JAMB forms.
“I decided to support 200 prospective candidates of this year JAMB Examination to raise their hopes of securing admission this year. I believe this will have a great impact among our youths and serve as relief to parents who are nursing fear on how to obtain the forms for their wards.
If the governor is supporting parents in Senior Secondary Certificate Examination, we as lawmaker should complement such with this kind of examination forms”.
The lawmaker who had contributed several interventions to education sector in his constituency assured that he would not stop at less but intensify efforts in such programmes that would prioritize quality education for the better future of his constituency.
Few among recent interventions in education are donation and management of two mass transit buses for free school ride, donation of one million five hundred thousand naira to best law graduate in LASU from his constituency, provision of chairs and desks for public schools, scholarship fund for best students in public primary schools in his constituency and many more.
