Lawmaker Donates N10m to CDC in Ojokoro

The Ojokoro Community Development Committee (CDC), led by Barrister S.O Alabi, marked Ojokoro Day with a week-long event, ending in the inauguration of the CDC hall and the announcement of a hundred million naira (NGN 100,000,000) fund for upcoming projects on May 18, 2024, in Ojokoro LCDA.

During the celebrations, the House of Representatives member for Ifako Ijaiye Federal Constituency, Mr. Benjamin Adeyemi Olabinjo, contributed ten million naira (NGN 10,000,000) to both CDCs in the area.

Olabinjo also rewarded winners of a quiz competition and applauded Barrister S.O Alabi and his team for their honesty and successful completion of the community hall project.

Additionally, Olabinjo mentioned plans to distribute palliative rice from the Ministry of Agriculture, with the assurance that Ifako Ijaiye and the CDC would benefit, along with religious groups, market leaders, and artisans.
