The Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH) has directed the security personnel to disallow vehicles with tinted glasses on campus.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Director of Information and Public Relations, Lanre Kuye.
The University stated that the measure is to guard against insecurity on campus.
The statement read: “The ban on tinted vehicles from gaining entrance into the University Campuses by students and guests of the University is still in force.
“This is to forestall security breach that could occur from the unregulated entrance of tinted vehicles into the University.
“In view of the above, students are enjoined to register their vehicles with the Directorate of Students’ Affairs (DSA) to collect a sticker for use on their cars.”
