LAHA 2023: Why we voted for Okanlawon for second term – Kosofe

The residents of Kosofe Local Government have stated the reason why they voted to re-elect Kosofe constituency I representative at Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Sanni Okalanwon.

Okanlawon is a candidate who contested for the Lagos State House of Assembly in Kosofe constituency I under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

According to them, their support for him was based on his deeds and record of achievement which have led to the development of the community, and which they want to continue.

They confessed that Okalanwon’s impressive achievements in the last three and half years have earned him love and confidence in the constituency.

The constituents noted that he has shown dedication to safety and security of his people by establishing the ongoing construction of ultra modern fire service station in Oworonshoki for the people.

They appreciated the roads, drains and bridges he facilitated which have improved transportation system of the community.

The community members also noted that he provided ICT center for five public schools in the constituency as they mentioned his other achievements to include Table tennis Academy for the youths, scholarship and empowerment, free health insurance scheme to tertiary school students among others.

In terms of law making, the community members noted that he has presented two bills in the House which are cooperatives bill and the institute of legislative studies bill, while he also sponsored and co-sponsored numerous motions.

Hey said Okanlawon’s record of achievements speaks for him, which made them give him their support for his re-election during the last election.
