Lagos First Lady Inspires Corp Members On Resilience, Good Conduct

The First Lady of Lagos State, Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, has urged National Youth Service Corps members in Lagos to be resilient and be of proper conduct as citizens of the country.

Sanwo-Olu paid a visit to the Corps Orientation Camp in Iyana Ipaja on Wednesday in an interactive session with the graduands who are products of university and polytechnic institutions in the country.

She told the 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 corp members to inculcate in themselves the spirit of resilience and fine conduct as they aim to improve on their existence.

Sanwo-Olu reminisced enthusiastically on her days as a corp member over 32 years ago. She said the lessons impacted to her and other members became useful as she subsequently advanced in life.

The First Lady advised the set to uphold the teachings they are put through and also ensure patriotism to their motherland.

She commended the members for the journey they passed through in their academics. She also enjoined them to key into the the administrative targets of the state government and shun all forms of dastadly act which could hinder a promising future.
