In a heartwarming demonstration of compassion and dedication to combating hunger, the Kosofe Local Government, led by the empathetic Chairman Barrister Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe, undertook the distribution of essential food items as palliatives to 1,000 residents of Ojota, Ogudu, Oworonsoki, Mende, and Anthony.
This month’s distribution of palliatives, in line with the purposeful establishment of the Food Bank Initiative, serves as a continued effort by the Ogunlewe Administration to bring joy and relief to residents during challenging times. As the cost of living rises and hunger remains a persistent issue, these palliatives aim to mitigate the impact on the community.

This initiative has been a cornerstone of the administration’s commitment to addressing food insecurity and supporting residents in need.
