Kiddwaya Claims Father Discovered Lagos’ Banana Island

Former Big Brother Naija star Kiddwaya recently claimed that his father, Terry Waya, discovered the renowned Banana Island in Lagos.
He made the revelation during an appearance on the Off The Record podcast. When asked by the host, “I heard that your dad discovered Banana Island. Is that correct?” Kiddwaya responded, “Yeah, I didn’t even know until I heard it during one of my trips.”
Terry Waya is a self-described billionaire with investments spanning real estate, agriculture, and the hospitality industry. His public profile received a boost during and after his son Kiddwaya’s participation in the Big Brother Naija reality show in 2020.
