Kasali sensitizes students success paths

The chairman of Lekki LCDA, Hon. Bamidele Kasali under his Right for Bright Kids (RBK) initiative has enlightened students in the council on the right mindset they ought to hold to excel in their academics.
He said the initiative is for both students and parents/guardians to make them have a unified mindset towards education.
Speaking on behalf of the council chairman, the Supervisor for Education, Hon. Akeem Adekoya noted that the priority of educational development and enhancement has been one of the important projects Kasali has been paying attention to since he assumed office.
He said the chairman would continue to put in efforts in developing the council’s education sector among its peers.
He revealed that the initiative is set to find common grounds for key stakeholders in education (government, parents, teachers and students) for the advancement of skill-based education.
He added that it organised sensitisation, awareness and re-orientation programme for parents, teachers and students.
According to him, the initiative also identifies the best brains through objective procedures and collaborates with significant others for scholarship placement.
“We also organise programmes and activities that will attract students into STEM education, see to psychological well-being and adjustment of parent-teachers-students in Lekki LCDA,” he said.
He appealed to all concerned stakeholders to take the initiative seriously and work towards the efforts of the council in all sectors.
