Super Eagles midfield maestro, Joe Aribo is set to hit the Super Eagles camp on Tuesday ahead of the double header crucial World Cup qualifying match against the Black Stars of Ghana.
Joe Aribo who has been a mainstay in the Super Eagles midfield since making his debut for Nigeria on the 10th of September 2019 and thereby marking his debut with a goal.
Aribo a versatile player, who can play anywhere in the midfield, uses his long legs as an advantage to his play by shielding the ball at his feet and making it a difficult task for opponents to take it off.
The 6 feet 2 inches tall midfielder has the ability of driving with the ball and getting up the pitch, technically proficient, good reader of the game and has great long range pass accuracy.
The 25 year old Joe Aribo great abilities will be crucial to Nigeria’s qualification to the World Cup as he has made a total of 15 appearances for the Super Eagles and has scored 2 goals in the process.
The Super Eagles double header crucial World Cup qualifier against Ghana will see the first leg coming up in Ghana on the 25th of March 2022, while the return leg will be played at the Moshood Abiola stadium, Abuja on the 29th of March 2022.
