Popular Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has strongly denied claims circulating online that she introduced a substance known as “Kayamata” to her goddaughter, Fola Tinubu.

The allegations surfaced on social media after claims were published by the blog Gistlover, which accused Iyabo of providing the substance commonly described online as a sexual attraction product  and made further unverified claims about Fola’s personal relationships.

The rumour quickly spread across platforms, prompting public reactions and speculation.

Responding via her Instagram story, Iyabo dismissed the accusations outright, stating that she does not use or promote such products.

“I don’t patronise such (Kayamata),” she wrote.

The actress also clarified that Fola Tinubu is an adult capable of making her own decisions, adding that she does not involve herself in her goddaughter’s private life.

“I don’t discuss intimate matters with goddaughters. I’m a very strict and busy person,” she explained.

Iyabo further rejected the allegations as false, describing them as completely untrue and insisting she has never provided anyone with substances for romantic or sexual purposes.

She also stated that she does not interfere in Fola’s relationships and has never asked about her personal affairs.

The actress concluded by reiterating that she neither uses nor distributes “Kayamata”, firmly denying all claims linking her to the controversy.
