Isolo LCDA Council Boss Rewards Exceptional Staff During Monthly Forum Meeting

In a gesture of appreciation and motivation, Isolo LCDA council chairman Olasoju Adebayo rewarded several hardworking staff members at the October Staff Forum meeting, eliciting enthusiastic applause from attendees. The meeting, which took place at the council’s multipurpose hall, convened employees from various area offices and headquarters led by Council Manager Mrs. Mojisola Ogabi.

 

 

 

With the support of cabinet members and legislators, council chairman Olasoju Adebayo commended the Isolo LCDA workforce for their significant role in maintaining the council’s smooth operation and furthering the administration’s goal of good and progressive governance.

 

He stressed the importance of continued hard work and dedication from council staff to maintain the momentum of progress achieved under his leadership.

Demonstrating his appreciation for the council employees’ efforts, Olasoju announced monetary rewards for various categories of staff, including cleaners, clerical, and administrative personnel. To further incentivize and recognize outstanding performance, he established a committee comprised of top council members to evaluate selected staff from different departments for an end-of-the-year reward, set to take place in December.

A staff of the Women’s Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (WAPA) Dept. Salako Taiwo Hassan went home with N1m (One Million Naira) cash prize amidst loud ovation and wide excitement.

 

Earlier, the meeting featured intense inter-religious prayer sessions successively led by Prophet Adelakun Cyril of the Christian faith and Ismalic leader, Imam Lukman Orekoya both of whom prayed for divine guidance for the council boss, staff’s renewed vigour, growth of Isolo LCDA, Lagos State and Nigeria at large.

 

 

On her part, the Council Manager, Mrs. Ogabi appreciated the council boss for his characteristic kind gesture and efforts aimed at promoting healthy competition among the council force for maximum productivity. She assured the council boss of sustained efficiency from the staff for his continued success at the saddle.

 

The highlight of the meeting was the cake-cutting session to commemorate the birthday celebration of staff who had their birthdays in September.
