Campaigners with Council chairmen and party leaders
Less than a month to the presidential election, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Isolo and Ejigbo LCDAs has set up its team of street campaigners across the 58 zones it created in the two LCDAs as the countdown to the 2023 elections gets intensely underway.
The inauguration ceremony was held at the Multi-purpose Hall of Isolo Council Secretariat.
While addressing the party members, Campaign Director General and Executive Chairman, Ejigbo LCDA, Hon. Monsuru Oloyede Bello (OBE) charged them to put in their best in this new assignment as he urged them to justify the party’s confidence.
He sensitised them on their duties especially as it has to do with documentation and subtle approach of prospective voters.
Oloyede assured that provision will be made for logistics while warning against complacency as due diligence won’t be compromised.
The Campaign Council Grand Patron, Chief Henry Oladele Ajomale, expressed joy at the judgment of the Osun State Governorship Election tribunal which upturned the victory of PDP in the state.
Chief Ajomale congratulated the women for being worthy of the task before them as he emphasised on  the support for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Women Affairs Director, Chief (Mrs.) Modupe Oseghale charged the Street Campaigners to give their all and use the resources at their disposal judiciously.
Her views were corroborated by Isolo council chairman, Olasoju Adebayo who advised the women to go to the field and prove their mettle.
