After three weeks recess, the legislators in Isolo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) have resumed sitting on Monday, August 30, 2021.
The councillors had embarked on a 3-week recess following the adjournment of the plenary on Thursday, August 5.
The Council Leader, Hon. Akeem Adeyemi confirmed that the plenary will resume on Monday and that the House will commence initiation of bills for consideration.
He explained that the fifth legislative assembly under his leadership will concentrate on making the bylaws that would support the continuous development of the council area.
He hinted that bills would be sponsored to fight against insecurity daily rising in Ilasamaja Ward and other communities across the council area.
He added that more attention will be paid to the indiscriminate establishment of gaming centres and other hiding points for hoodlums in the council area.
