One of the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries in Lagos, Mr. Akinbode Obadina has said that he plans to operate an open-door policy but all protocols must be duly observed.
Obadina who had since deployed to oversee the Local Government Service Commission said this when the staff of the commission received him to the office recently.
Obadina thanked the former Permanent Secretary for a job well done and promised to carry on the good work to make the Commission a better place.
Leading the welcome party, the Former Permanent Secretary of the Local Government Service Commission, Engr. Mrs. AbiolaKosegbe noted that members of the Local Government staff are wonderful people to work with and that in the little time she has spent at the Commission, she has learnt a lot and enjoyed her stay.
She also admonished all members of staff to cooperate with the new Permanent Secretary to continue the good work in the Commission.
In attendance at the welcome ceremony were Directors and Members of Staff of the Local Government Service Commission and the Public Service Office (PSO).
Until his appointment as Permanent Secretary, Obadina was the Principal Private Secretary to the Lagos State Head of Service (HOS), Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola.
