Following the victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the governorship and House of Assembly elections in Lagos State, the chairman of Ikorodu North LCDA, Hon. Adeola Banjo has promised a youth-friendly government under his administration in the LCDA.
He made the promise while congratulating the winners of the elections and his party on the victory.
“It was a moment of joy untold as I joined notable members of our political party at Ikorodu North LCDA ably led by the Chairman of APC Ikorodu division, Otunba Olasukanmi Tijanito rejoice with members of our party at the victory get-together held today at our party secretariat.
“Seeing both old and young men and women from different strata of society come together to sing, dance, and merry over our collective victory at the just concluded general elections, I am confident that where there is unity there is always victory.
“I am indeed proud of our collective contributions to ensuring that Ikorodu division secured landslide victory for our President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu our Governor Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu and our representatives at the National and State Assemblies, and I do not doubt that it is about time that Ikorodu division reaped the bountiful harvest of our years of commitment and loyalty to the party.
“Special thanks to my dear Ikorodu North LCDA APC youth excos for the beautiful appreciation frames presented to me and our dear leader Otunba Olasukanmi Tijani. Be rest assured that the interest of the youth will always be paramount in IkoroduNorth LCDA.”
