In an attempt to solve the epileptic power supply in Isokan community in Oshodi which has been on borrowed feeders for many years, the Oshodi undertaking manager, Mr. Adebayo Adesiyan, has asked for support.

Adesiyan, who appreciated the residents especially those he referred to as ‘mature minds’ for the support given to him since he assumed office as the Oshodi undertaking manager, further appealed to them on prompt payment of their bills to facilitate his efforts towards solving the problem.

The community spokesman, Mr. Kazeem Fawole who was the chairman of Isokan Community Development Association (CDA) before the house was dissolved, stated that members of the community don’t owe, adding that he would address the people to pay up their previous bills while charging the company to supply them with adequate electricity to ensure prompt payment.

Fawole complained that some consumers have not been receiving E-billing messages on their phones for some months and that it has affected payment, noting that some people have taken that as an excuse not to pay.
He advised that Ikeja Electric marketers should visit houses with such issue and make necessary corrections on phone numbers of both landlords and the tenants to avoid accumulation of bills.
