But just in case you missed it, Justice Ladiran Akintola of Oyo State High Court has directed the Department of State Security (DSS) to pay N20 billion to Chief Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Sunday Igboho, for unlawfully invading his home in Soka, Ibadan, Oyo State on July 1.
Akintola awarded the sum as exemplary and aggravated damages against the secret police,
The amount is N480 billion less than what Chief Igboho asked for in the suit agains the Federal Government.
Although the Federal Government has announced plan to contest the awards, the gist on the streets is that, how will the Chief break down the cost that in his Yoruba language.
