Igando Ikotun LCDA Boss Builds Two Blocks of Classrooms

The Chairman Igando Ikotun Local Council Development Area Mr. Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde, has completed two blocks of Classrooms in Ategbo primary school in Ikotun within 6 weeks, delivered with furniture, white boards and other learning facilities.

According to information obtained by Echonews, the council chairman will soon provide books and other instructional resources to enhance study.

He said that the projects’ completion fulfilled the pledge he made during the election to keep enhancing the council area’s educational infrastructure.

“In keeping with our electioneering campaign pledges to the populace, we want to provide our pupils with a suitable learning environment.
Very soon, we will build a befitting Primary Health Centre with drugs as promised in Egan Town,” he said.

However,he asked the pupils and teacher to always maintain the government infrastructure, saying it is the responsibility of the community to take full ownership of the building.

The Chairman seized the opportunity of the gathering to thank the good people of Igando-Ikotun Local Government for their continuous support for his administration. While, he urged the citizens to pay their levies and dues to generate revenue. So that more dividends of democracy would be provided for the people.
