As part of his developmental strides and agenda of Making Igando-Ikotun Great Again, the Chairman Igando-Ikotun LCDA Comrade Akinsanya Lasisi Ayinde, has embark on rehabilitation of Akinyemi road, cutting across over 10 communities
The Akinyemi Road is used to serve as a bypass and can also serve as an alternative route to reduce traffic around the area. The project, which is long overdue, has been bad for a very long period of time.
“This project is going to enhance the economic lives of Igando Ikotun Local Government according to information gathered by our correspondent. Work has commenced in the Community, and the road is called Akinyemi Road. We are doing a lot of adjoining roads around here, the Chairman said.
“The road is a bypass linking several communities such as Igando, Akesan, Egan, Agric road, Iyana Iba, Obadore, Isuti and so on”.
The Chairman is committed to fulfilling his campaign promises and delivering dividends of democracy to his constituents. He is also grateful for the support and cooperation of the state government, traditional rulers, community leaders, stakeholders and citizens in achieving his vision for Igando-Ikotun.
