Chairman Emmanuel Bamigboye’s vision to revamp the health infrastructure in Mushin Local Government is gradually coming to fruition with the rapid completion of the new Idi Araba Primary Healthcare Centre.
Starting from humble beginnings in a temporary portalcabin structure, the centre will soon be upgraded to a modern facility that will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to the residents of Idi Araba community.
Equipped with round-the-clock medical facilities and a standby ambulance to cater for all emergencies, the new Idi Araba Primary Healthcare Centre promises to revolutionize the provision of 24/7 healthcare services in the community.
Under Chairman Bamigboye’s administration, the people of Idi Araba will soon have access to a spectrum of health services, from comprehensive ante-natal care, family planning, health education and counselling to laboratory services, which will be at par with other centres across Mushin Local Government.
The Health centre, which is on Ahmadu Abubakar street, also shares fence with Idi Araba high school. The building is almost at its completion stage, with the entire structure having some finishing touches, while the centre is being floored and the gate fixed in readiness for commissioning by the Executive Chairman in few weeks.
While commending the Chairman, the Seriki of Hausa Community in Idi Araba, Alhaji Abubakar Auyo, thanked Hon. Bamigboye his leadership spirit and wisdom. He expressed appreciation to the council for the numerous projects and programmes executed to make life meaningful for the people of Mushin Local Government. He also congratulated the chairman for his new award and prayed for more Golden awards for the the chairman as he deserves more honour and celebration for his efforts in Mushin.
