Departments in Iba Local Council Development Area (LCDA) have tendered their challenges to the newly deployed Council Manager (CM), Olufemi Babalola as he made an official familiarisation tour to offices within the Secretariat.
The staff members presented their challenges to the new CM to seek his intervention to get solutions from the council chairman. They made this known while the CM was being introduced to them in their various departments.
Each of the departments tendered its challenges that might slow down work if not attended to.
He appreciated their efforts and promised to appeal to the council chairman, Hon. YISA Jubril to look into their challenges.
He enjoined Human Resources Officer (HRO) Mr. Taiwo Quadri to have an attendant register for the staff as he will not condone lateness to office and abuse of privileges.
